      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and coordinate the Academy Live Program, delivering at least 10 enablement sessions per quarter
      - Review intake requests for training sessions and evaluate topics for inclusion in the program
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine mandatory attendance requirements
      - Create and distribute summary reports detailing attendance and feedback after each session
      - Monitor program processes and recommend improvements for enhanced effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in program management for go-to-market (GTM) or sales enablement
      - Proven experience in program management or a similar role, preferably in sales enablement or training
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with executive leadership
      - Ability to analyze and report on training effectiveness using data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a global or multi-regional program management role
      - Background in sales or sales training, with an understanding of sales processes and enablement strategies
      - Previous experience in fintech
