What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new end-user customers and expand distributor partnerships to increase market coverage
- Provide technical guidance and product support, particularly on new product lines
- Conduct regular customer visits and pursue sales leads
- Maintain CRM system with customer data and opportunities
- Achieve sales goals and ensure compliance with safety procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
- U.S. work authorization and valid driver's license required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training and supporting customers and distributors on product usage
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry's trends and challenges
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
