What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new end-user customers and expand distributor partnerships to increase market coverage
- Provide technical guidance and product support on new product lines
- Conduct regular customer visits and respond to complex inquiries
- Maintain CRM system with updated customer data and opportunities
- Achieve sales goals and ensure compliance with safety procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills for small and large groups
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
- U.S. work authorization and valid driver’s license required

- Experience in a sales role within the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated ability to train and support customers and distributors
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance in customer facilities
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
