Job Description

- Responsible for project sales and channel sales in the region, actively selling air compressor products and services through primary and secondary agents, establishing good relationships with end customers, achieving annual sales targets, increasing Ingersoll Rand's market share and maximizing sales profits.
- Develop, cultivate and manage the network of regional dealers and industry dealers in the responsible region, urge and assist them to establish good customer relations, complete the annual target, and improve the market share and profit in the region.
- Track and monitor the progress of sales projects, prepare good quotes and follow up processes to effectively manage all stages of customer purchase.
- Cooperate with internal solution center and technical department to provide on-site application and technical consulting services to customers. Analyze the needs of specific industries and customers, and be able to demonstrate and present the solutions provided.
- Analyze the current and potential product needs of end customers, provide products and services that meet customer needs, and build good relationships between Ingersoll Rand and customers. Manage the whole customer experience from product support to final delivery acceptance and follow-up after-sales service and assist the background to make continuous quality improvement.
- Regularly report to the direct supervisor the action plan on target customer tracking, market and industry application promotion, new product promotion, channel development and optimization, regional sales expansion, do a good job in weekly planning and review management, regularly participate in regional project review, communicate with other sales engineers in the department and share sales resources with each other. Submit monthly demand forecast and order and sales forecast report for responsible area regularly.
