      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing support to customers by consulting to understand their needs and implementing solutions
      - Develop and manage sales strategies for an assigned customer portfolio to strengthen market share

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
      - Proven technical experience with engineering cutting tools and relevant application knowledge
      - Successful track record in delivering business results and negotiating commercial terms with industrial customers
      - Experience managing customer relationships in a complex organizational structure
      - Must possess a current driver's license valid for the state of primary residence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - People management experience
      - Experience in driving sales and business activities with industrial customers
      - Ability to effectively present and negotiate commercial terms and conditions
      - Familiarity with digital tools such as Office 365 for daily work
      - Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
