      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing support to customers by consulting to understand their needs and enhancing their experience with the full product offering
      - Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the local business plan to strengthen market share
      - Cultivate strong relationships with customers to secure their commitment and loyalty
      - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and keep internal stakeholders informed
      - Promote the competitive advantages of the employer's products and solutions to various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
      - Proven technical experience with engineering cutting tools and relevant application knowledge
      - Successful track record in negotiations with industrial customers
      - Experience managing customer relationships in complex environments
      - Must possess a current driver’s license valid for the state of primary residence
