      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with commercial clients to assess video distribution needs and design enterprise solutions
      - Provide pre-sales technical support, including system diagrams and scope recommendations
      - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring sales growth and customer satisfaction
      - Process and track orders accurately using internal CRM and order management systems
      - Identify upselling or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Account Manager, or Sales Support role, preferably in telecom, AV, or enterprise technology
      - Strong understanding of DIRECTV enterprise platforms or commercial video systems
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-facing focus
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or other CRM), and order entry platforms
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Comfortable reading floor plans and designing AV layouts; experience with Visio or AutoCAD is a plus
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for order tracking and documentation
