      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare accurate cost estimates for Skyrise elevator systems based on submitted takeoff forms
      - Manage change orders and process change requests from project managers or customers
      - Collaborate in Pre-Award Reviews and Basis of Award meetings to align with customer requirements
      - Support deviation management by developing an understanding of deviation processes and responding to requests
      - Assist in driving process improvements and standardizing estimating processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Accounting
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or engineering
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Elogistics reporting tools
      - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members
      - Knowledge and experience in technical engineering, mechanical, and/or electrical fields

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the elevator industry is preferred
      - Ability to mentor and train new hires on estimating processes
      - Familiarity with deviation processes in engineering contexts
