Directly responsible for the sales activities of Discrete Automation – Factory Automation products to include but not exclusive to ASCO, Topworx and PFC for Finland to achieve the agreed Sales, Bookings and Strategic targets for the agreed product lines and services in the agreed sales territory.

      In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

      • Factory Automation Sales Leader for Finland.
      • Identify the market requirements of Factory Automation developing and completing the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability with customers in the agreed sales territory.
      • Actively promote and sell the named brands offering including products, solutions and services in the agreed geographical area or industry of responsibility.
      • Actively visit existing customers to promote the assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and solutions.
      • Seek new opportunities to sell assigned products and solutions to new customers and industries.
      • Negotiate with Customer Relevant Business Contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority – including discount, price and volume structures.
      • Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization.
      • Maintain a project opportunity list for the assigned sales area in the associated tools.

      Who You Are:

      You are a sales professional with extensive experience, particularly in consultative selling and engaging with customers across all organizational levels. You are adept at selling full-scope project solutions, and a requirement is knowledge on automation solutions and industrial software. You have deep knowledge of the industrial market landscape in Denmark and have a strong curiosity about business development, including cold canvassing and pipeline building. You are motivated by demonstrating high-level industrial software as a business enabler, determined, open-minded, and recognize the importance of teamwork and bringing in the right experts when needed. You are passionately motivated to make an impact, always deliver outstanding work, and act with integrity.

      For This Role, You Will Need:

      • Engineering bachelor degree or comparable technical education an advantage.
      • Minimum 3-7 years sales experience in Factory Automation Industry.
      • Proficient use in computer applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi & Outlook
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Proficient English
      • Willing to travel in the region
      • Clean Driving license
