What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth
- Deliver the full range of product and service offerings from the employer
- Identify new business opportunities and work to grow market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide total customer solutions
- Utilize technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
- Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approximately 10% overnight)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with aerospace, automotive, medical, energy, or general engineering sectors
