What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical product advice and demonstrations of the SafeSend Returns (SSR) product line to customers and prospects
- Collaborate with SSR Sales representatives to support pre and post-sales efforts
- Assist with Client Success initiatives to enhance the usage and adoption of SSR solutions
- Address technical inquiries and conduct in-depth workflow analyses for prospects and customers
- Develop customer-facing content, including training materials and product support documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role
- Strong presentation skills with effective listening and communication abilities
- Proven ability to engage and build trust with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and experience working cross-functionally
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the Public Accounting space and professional tax preparation
- Experience with cloud-based technologies
