- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within existing and prospective accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the technical aspects of our industrial offerings and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products to clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets, driving revenue growth for the business.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience
- Should posses a degree into Engineering (Chemical preferred)
- Should have experience into B2B industrial sales.
- Strong knowledge of industrial markets and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

This individual will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue through the sale of our industrial products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial markets, a proven track record of success in B2B sales, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
