What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver technical product advice and demonstrations of the SafeSend Returns product line to customers and sales representatives
- Provide pre and post-sales support to facilitate the sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in driving higher usage and adoption of the SafeSend Returns solution among current clients
- Conduct internal training sessions on SafeSend Returns for various teams
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong presentation skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to engage with clients and stakeholders, providing problem-solving support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with the Public Accounting space and professional tax preparation preferred

- Experience with cloud-based technology
- Knowledge of tax practices and their application in professional services
