What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical front-end for the employer's Owner & Public Sector solutions, leading value-based demonstrations and discovery sessions
- Translate stakeholder pain points into compelling Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution stories and present to diverse audiences
- Communicate effectively with prospects, addressing both business and technical inquiries at all organizational levels
- Document technical needs, support RFIs/RFPs, and maintain reusable demo environments aligned with agency terminology and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to shape demo agendas and integration stories that resonate with DOT operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a Product Management, Business Analyst, or Implementation Project Manager role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to creatively and logically solve problems
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Sales Engineer or related position
- Understanding of construction and asset management processes
- 4-year college degree
