- Conduct technical discovery calls and provide expert guidance on VIPRE’s security solutions.
- Assist with Proof of Concept (POC) trials, ensuring smooth setup and execution.
- Deliver engaging live demos showcasing the features and benefits of VIPRE’s products.
- Provide technical insights on implementation, integration, and scalability.
- Address customer questions and concerns, offering practical solutions to cybersecurity challenges.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay up to date with the latest security solutions and industry trends.
- Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor for VIPRE customers throughout the sales process.
- Work with marketing teams to contribute to webinars, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
- Attend industry events and security conferences as a representative of VIPRE.
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar technical role in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT security solutions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, desired in endpoint protection, email security or awareness training
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and conferences.
