      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop accurate quotations from customer requests, plan sets, and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ/price books
      - Review bid documents (RFP/RFQ/IFB) and analyze customer needs to deliver compliant, value-engineered solutions
      - Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure quotes and resulting orders are complete and accurate
      - Support post-sales activities for timely submission of purchase orders and smooth transition to Order Operations
      - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Two to four (2-4) years in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations supporting technical solutions
      - Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tools, and Excel
      - Familiarity with public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows
      - Ability to read plan sets and interpret specifications/SOWs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in related fields
      - Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach to collaboration across departments
