What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop accurate project quotations from customer requests and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ tools
- Review bid documents and analyze customer needs to deliver compliant, value-engineered solutions
- Draft submittals to support bid approvals and ensure timely awards
- Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure accuracy in quotes and orders
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations in a technical environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in related fields
- Ability to read plan sets and interpret specifications
- Familiarity with Adobe/Bluebeam and shared file systems like SharePoint/Teams
