      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop accurate project quotations based on customer requests, specifications, and plan sets using Salesforce
      - Review bid documents and analyze customer needs to provide compliant, value-engineered solutions
      - Draft submittals to support bid approvals and ensure timely project awards
      - Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to guarantee the accuracy of quotes and orders
      - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quotations and project conversion rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 2-4 years of experience in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations for technical solutions
      - Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Excel
      - Familiarity with public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows
      - Ability to read plan sets and interpret specifications/SOWs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in related fields such as ITS or industrial automation
      - Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset for collaboration across departments
