      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop accurate quotations from customer requests, plan sets, and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ tools
      - Review bid documents to properly qualify project scope and analyze customer needs for compliant solutions
      - Draft submittals to support approval of bids and ensure timely award
      - Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure quotes and orders are complete and accurate
      - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 2-4 years of experience in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations supporting technical solutions
      - Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tools, and Excel
      - Ability to read plan sets and interpret specifications/SOWs
      - Familiarity with public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or in public-sector project quoting related to ITS/traffic or industrial automation
      - Strong team-oriented communication skills for collaborating across Sales, Engineering, and Operations
