What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the design of internal communications and promotional products, as well as digital and print marketing projects
- Deliver high-quality designs for all assigned tasks while adhering to brand standards
- Coordinate and produce creative projects for the Medicare division and Sales Operations, ensuring timely delivery
- Edit design files from various partners and vendors while creating new materials according to established guidelines
- Comply with all company policies and brand standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of related experience in graphic design, branding, and identity design work
- Strong understanding of production-based design processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and branding work
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with Medicare-related projects
- Proficiency in design software and tools commonly used in the industry
