      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with distributors on key sales activities and develop strong relationships with NA Brand Managers
      - Oversee merchandising and promotional execution in national and regional chain stores
      - Use VIP data to track distributor performance and support accurate purchase order forecasting
      - Manage key performance indicators related to distributor sales growth and in-store execution
      - Lead training programs for merchandisers to enhance selling capabilities and ensure effective product placement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
      - 4+ years of relevant experience in Regional Sales Management, Territory Sales, or Distributor Partner Management
      - 2+ years of experience in the beverage industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
      - Proficiency in VIP, Karma, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience displaying leadership skills
      - Strong capability in data analysis and reporting (IRI and Nielsen)
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
