      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing revenue-generating opportunities and managing sales pipelines
      - Lead customer meetings and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions
      - Generate leads through attendance at tradeshows and industry events
      - Deliver technical expertise by providing customized product demonstrations and addressing client inquiries
      - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate RFX responses and ensure alignment between solution design and client requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with strong work experience; Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
      - Minimum of 8+ years of full sales cycle experience within the software industry
      - Proven track record of hunting for new business and exceeding annual sales quotas
      - Familiarity with Customer Onboarding solutions and exposure to AI and automation technologies
      - Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time for client engagement and industry representation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling Customer Onboarding solutions such as nCino, Fenergo, or NICE Actimize
      - Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and business process management
      - Experience working with channel partners like "Big 4" advisories and leading System Integrators
      - High energy and adaptability in fast-changing environments
      - Proficiency in software applications, including Salesforce
