What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new sales opportunities and nurture relationships within assigned territory
- Expand existing business while maintaining client satisfaction
- Develop targeted sales strategies based on customer insights
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and provide timely CRM updates
- Supervise the installation of new products to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare sales
- Proven track record of successful sales strategy implementation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in capital sales within a sophisticated decision-making environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce and strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent presentation skills that resonate with diverse audiences
