      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the assigned territory
      - Position and sell the employer’s Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions
      - Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makers
      - Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure
      - Collaborate with key channel and reseller partners to expand market reach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
      - Experience in selling solutions related to Data Governance, AI Readiness, or Database Management
      - Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
      - Proven ability to engage with enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on C-level and IT leadership
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing a multi-state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
