- Lead a go-to-market strategy for an AI-driven product suite
- Pursue prospects, revenue targets, and business goals with a results-driven mindset while maintaining a consultative and empathetic approach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate forecasts and progress reports to leadership
- Attend industry tradeshows and conventions, present compelling presentations, and network with strong industry connections
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
- Experience selling to the government sector and/or selling Tax Administration or Property Assessor software
- SaaS experience in one of the following domains: GovTech, Property Assessment, or GIS
- 5+ years of success in business development and sales, from prospecting to close
- Experience with HubSpot or other related CRM systems
- A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field, or 5-10 years of relevant experience. Management or leadership experience is a plus.
- Base salary up to $120K with OTE of $200K
- Location: Remote, with travel required for client meetings and industry events
