      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and close net-new hotel and lodging clients through targeted outbound outreach, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting
      - Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos tailored to individual property needs and challenges
      - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal to close, focusing on new logo acquisition and ARR growth
      - Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and product fit
      - Track all sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in hospitality software, SaaS, or property technology
      - Proven success in cold prospecting, outbound sales, and consistently exceeding performance targets
      - Strong storytelling and consultative sales skills with experience demoing software solutions to independent decision-makers
      - Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, time management, and follow-through
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to independent hotels, motels, inns, and boutique properties, especially those outside of large management groups
      - Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), as well as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
      - Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment
