      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Leverage hybrid selling techniques to connect with customers and manage territory effectively
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve sales goals
      - Meet or exceed business sales targets through account penetration and new business development
      - Lead the onboarding and implementation of customer solutions to ensure a seamless experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong understanding of retail and alternate care industries, including market trends and customer challenges
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing
      - Ability to analyze market trends and negotiate deals effectively

      - Experience in consultative selling within a diverse customer marketplace
      - Familiarity with financial concepts related to maximizing sales profit
      - Proven ability to teach and influence customers regarding their business practices
