      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and qualify opportunities for existing clients and new prospects, aligning solutions with client initiatives
      - Demonstrate and present HealthStream Learning & Performance solutions to key stakeholders
      - Lead the RFP process and support proposal development and pricing strategy
      - Negotiate and close business agreements, ensuring a smooth transition to implementation
      - Manage territory planning and pipeline updates in the CRM system, supporting sales strategy formulation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related area
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in competitive environments, preferably in healthcare
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
      - High level of integrity and professionalism, with a results-oriented mindset
      - Ability to travel up to 25%

      - Experience leading and supervising team members within a sales territory
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex instructions
