      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
      - Develop business plans that align with assigned territory and customer needs
      - Lead a virtual team to deliver sales wins and ensure customer success
      - Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing deals
      - Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans through partners and end users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or software
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering results
      - Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and partners
      - Ability to develop strategic plans and effectively manage a sales territory
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
      - Experience selling identity security solutions or similar technology products
      - Strong understanding of competitive landscape, particularly in relation to Microsoft and Okta
      - Established network within the technology sector, especially among partners and influencers
      - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
