What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with the assigned territory
- Provide tailored solutions to address customer and partner inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
- Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, presentations, negotiations, and closing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a technology or software environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Strong communication skills for effective engagement with customers and partners
- Ability to lead a virtual team and manage sales processes collaboratively
- Understanding of identity security solutions and competitive landscape
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with identity security solutions from competitors like Microsoft and Okta
- Previous experience working with partners in a sales capacity
- Background in a high-growth technology company
