      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Log all interactions and updates in the CRM to ensure team alignment
      - Support the Sales Director in converting leads into signed contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or a high-touch, client-facing sales role
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
      - Excellent follow-through with a focus on lead management
      - Confidence in closing sales without being pushy
      - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision

      - Experience in residential real estate, particularly with new developments or communities
