What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and maintain a territory route for distributing warranty collateral and marketing materials
- Sell home warranties primarily through Realtor and Title channels
- Schedule and maintain appointments and sales commitments with identified real estate agents
- Coordinate monthly office meetings and presentations to meet sales goals
- Promptly return all emails and phone calls, escalating issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience, including cold calling and strategic selling
- Previous sales experience in title, mortgage, insurance, or related real estate industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Home warranty sales experience highly desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
