      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute industry-leading sales strategies and develop effective sales relationships with customers and distribution resources
      - Create tactical sales plans for profitable growth within assigned segments
      - Conduct point-of-sale presentations and maintain strong producer relationships
      - Lead the business development process within the assigned market area to generate new business and ensure renewal retention
      - Collaborate with other business units to enhance the customer experience and streamline sales processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2 years of professional or underwriting experience in the insurance industry
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - At least 3 years of sales or underwriting experience in the insurance industry
      - Technical knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - C.I.C. designation or willingness to pursue
      - Strong platform skills, including facilitation and the ability to close sales
      - Superior negotiation and influencing skills
      - E-knowledge of Microsoft and Lotus products
      - Business and financial acumen
