What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own data integrity and lead analytics, including weekly reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Analyze Scintilla and internal data to uncover opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
- Track KPIs and performance to guide sales execution and decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales to integrate insights into strategy
- Lead new item setup and ongoing item maintenance for accurate execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of retail sales analytics or category insights experience with Walmart
- Deep expertise in Scintilla Charter
- Proficiency in IRI/Circana and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally across levels
- College or bachelor's degree in business or similar major
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience with Sam's Club is preferred
