      JOB TITLE: SALES LEAD

      DEPARTMENT: RETAIL

      STATUS: PART-TIME

      IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: STORE MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

      POSITION OBJECTIVES:

      1. To provide customers with the best selection, exceptional service, and well-organized stores to support spiritual, social, and rehabilitation programs.
      2. Accountable for meeting store sales and income budgets while managing expenses to maximize profitability.
      3. Create a positive environment for Beneficiaries through collaboration with program staff.
      4. Implement Work Therapy Assignments (WTA) effectively to keep Beneficiaries on track and focused on improvement.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
      2. Minimum one-year retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
      3. Ability to pass background checks, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
      4. Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

      1. Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
      2. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects like carts, fixtures, and furniture.
      3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
      4. Perform repetitive motion tasks as needed.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Partner with the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing, POS, inventory, and donations.
      2. Manage store operations in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager, including personnel and cash handling.
      3. Monitor and analyze performance indicators to drive sales and profitability.
      4. Schedule staff, conduct team meetings, and provide coaching and training.
      5. Ensure high customer and donor satisfaction and develop service improvement strategies.
      6. Support Back Room Processing to meet daily goals.
      7. Supervise and support Beneficiaries on Work Therapy Assignments.
      8. Protect store assets, including cash, inventory, and property, especially during absences.
      9. Ensure store security and safety compliance, reporting issues immediately.
      10. Assist with mandatory store meetings and may be relocated as needed.
      11. Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors.

      Qualifications:

      1. High School or Equivalent (required).
