      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales activities and develop new client relationships within the Contract business
      - Execute a solution sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales and margin goals
      - Conduct proactive outreach to current and prospective Hospitality and Commercial customers
      - Provide price bids, project quotations, and coordinate customer requirements with operational capabilities
      - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and log key communications in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or a design degree with experience in contract design
      - Previous sales experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality industries
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong understanding of the customer ecosystem and contract project lifecycle
      - Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional customer service and sales skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building instant customer rapport in a high-output sales environment
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results through collaboration
      - Proficiency in CRM systems, SalesForce, and Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to provide effective virtual proposals and close sales through phone and email communications
