      Job Description

      We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Veg Seeds Manager to join our team in

      Algiers, Algeria. As the Sales Seeds Veg Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in Algeria.

      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
      • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
      • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management
      • Forecast sales, set team goals, and develop action plans to meet or exceed objectives
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards
      • Travel within Algeria as needed to support sales initiatives and client meetings

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, business administration, Marketing, or related field
      • 5+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in Seeds business or Agribusiness in Algeria.
      • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
      • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
      • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
      • Fluency in Arabic and French; proficiency in English
      • Advanced knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
      • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
      • In-depth understanding of Algerian business culture, practices, and market dynamics
      • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools
      • Sales management certifications and Key account qualifications are preferred
      • Willingness to travel within Algeria as required
