- To build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
- To develop markets and maintain effective business relationships with accounts, potential new customers and strategic partners.
- Effectively manage sales area promote products to existing & potential customers to achieve planned sales & contribution margin targets.
- Identify & develop new business opportunities.
- To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when requested.
- Use market & customer knowledge to negotiate and agree pricing policies by product / customer / territory – Subject to Freudenberg agreement.
- Close liaison with R&D and Departments, Operations Management, strategic partners and other business areas as required to ensure effective cooperation in meeting customer & potential customer needs, specifications and identifying opportunities to develop business.
- Any relevant Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience into Sales & Marketing of Technical Textiles.
- Proven ability to understand, sell and market technical products, preferably in the medtec or pharma industry
- Excellent communication skills, Networking Skills
