      Our Chemical & Environmental Safety division is a market leader, providing a wide range of essential products that ensure chemical and environmental compliance across numerous industries. We manufacture equipment designed for the secure storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials, including chemical safety cabinets, spill containment systems, and safety cans. Our comprehensive product portfolio also includes safety showers, eyewashes, and chemical labeling items, all aimed at protecting workers and assets. This holistic approach to hazardous materials management helps reduce the risk of accidents and environmental harm.

      Our Facility Safety division offers a diverse range of facility safety, and 5S workplace organization products designed to enhance operational safety and productivity. Our portfolio includes ergonomic matting, safety identification and signage, material handling solutions, facility protection items, and traffic control products. We also provide 5S solutions, such as tool shadow boards, to improve efficiency in lean manufacturing environments. By integrating safety and organization, we empower businesses to protect their employees and optimize operations, resulting in increased productivity and cost savings.

      Temporary, off-site, and transportation-based worksites present unique safety and compliance challenges that our Jobsite Motion Safety division addresses with a robust range of portable, durable, and self-contained products. Our jobsite solutions include ground protection, spill containment, wheel chocks, hazardous materials storage, hazard signage, emergency response kits, and safety training resources. By tackling various aspects of jobsite safety, we empower organizations to strengthen their safety protocols, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of safety across all locations.


      Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe (remote)

      The Contribution You will bring to this Role:

      Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, the Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe plays a key role in expanding business development activities and new business sales, therefore, playing a key role in the company’s bottom line. Being at the forefront of our Central and Eastern European sales, this position is based remotely in the region and will focus on driving new business development in the workplace safety market encompassing B2B, distributor- and end-user management concentrating on Central and Eastern Europe. This role will create sustained growth by achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets, expanding business reach and proactively developing new sales opportunities across the region. You will be actively participating in short and medium-term business strategies, capable of defining future budgets, sales bridges and business plans.

      What You will Do at Justrite:

      • Drive profitable growth that exceeds sales targets in the Central and Eastern European region with a focus on the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia.
      • Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners in your region to assist with reaching new areas in the market.
      • Create, plan, and implement a strategy in alignment with a global sales strategy that ensures short-, medium- and long-term success.
      • Identify new distributors and end-users who will drive sales growth in the region.
      • Educate distributor partners on how to sell Justrite’s workplace safety products.
      • Conduct joint visits to end-users with product sales specialists to educate them on our products and to help them improve their end-user engagements.
      • Partner with Inside Sales to gain entry to new accounts, but to also service long-tail customers.
      • Drive new product introductions into your assigned region by leveraging end-user specifications, and focused channel partners.
      • Identify key end-users in targeted verticals and support Marketing to conduct Voice of Customer collection for future product development.
      • Develop a growth strategy for implementation, including a focus on strategic analysis, researching market trends, targeting new relationships and preparing quarterly and annual sales forecasts and targets. Provide a clear understanding and roadmap of the business development initiatives across all industrial markets and comment on business development activities/pipeline and provide ongoing recommendations.
      • Ownership for Eastern European accounts, budgetary planning and implementation and submittal for capital expenditures.
      • Manage and leverage strong relationships with current clients while also developing and identifying new business opportunities.
      • Develop a strong understanding of target markets, industry and companies in which market strategies can be used to attract new clients. This includes researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, actively pursuing leads and following through to a successful meeting and contract.
      • Attending industry functions, association events and conferences to learn feedback on industry developments in workplace safety products and market trends. Travel as required to project sites, exhibitions, and corporate and customer offices to meet with clients.
      • Possess a strong understanding of workplace safety products and the competition in the industry.
      • Identify the best reach to market via Justrite sales teams and increased distributors or agents.

                      Your Skills and Expertise:

                      To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

                      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
                      • >10 Years of proven success in sales with over half of this in territory sales management and demonstrated experience in a multi-channel sales environment

                      Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

                      • Proactive lead generator, a hunter in the field, ambitious, and enjoys working to targets
                      • Strong commercial and financial acumen
                      • Background in a fast-paced, B2B technology sales environment is a must
                      • History of helping sales teams in closing large strategic partners and deals
                      • Experience in performing in a metrics-based sales organization
                      • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, customers, and partners
                      • Strong networking and communication skills
                      • Demonstrated comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment
                      • Able and willing to travel at 50% or greater

                      Compensation:

                      The position offers a competitive base salary and will be eligible to participate in the Justrite Sales Incentive Plan which offers a big opportunity to enhance the total compensation package.
