      We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Digital Media business area based in Paris.

      The challenge:

      Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise Team in the Western region is looking for a proactive Sales Leader, responsible for leading a Team of Enterprise Sales professionals across France, Spain & Italy . This leader should be familiar with selling enterprise software and have experience leading by example. This individual is ideally capable of getting up to speed quickly, building teams, closing new business, and leading high-level relationships.

      As a Manager of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a high caliber enterprise sales team. You will define sales strategy and lead by example across top C level customers, as well as define and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth within enterprise accounts.

      The Adobe Digital Media is Adobe’s Digital Media Business Unit focuses on advancing state of the art content and driving digital transformation of industries. It provides tools and services that enable individuals, small businesses, and enterprises to create, publish, promote, manage and monetize their content anywhere through the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

      Adobe’s creative and document solutions are used by designers, photographers, filmmakers, content publishers, storytellers, UX designers, knowledge workers, consumers and more. Through our connected apps and services, customers have all the tools and assets they need to create and manage content across desktop and mobile devices.

      What you’ll do

      • Work with your Account Executive team to identify and develop new business opportunities, business models and channels to extend Adobe’s market reach and drive new revenue.
      • Drive strong sales discipline via your team and ensure execution of sales leads, both self-sourced and via our Account Development Management and Marketing teams.
      • Help your team assess, clarify, and validate their prospect needs on an ongoing basis, and drive revenue growth of Digital Media Solutions through solid pipeline management and team management.
      • Instill best practices for account management as well as opportunity management.
      • Internal stakeholder management: Effectively co-work with business support teams, global peers and professional services teams.
      • Hire, empower, mentor, and provide training to increase efficiency and skill sets of employees.
      • Strong understanding of unique individuals and how to adapt to different coaching styles.
      • Able to provide critical feedback to Senior Leaders to support growth within the organization.
      • Establish, develop and maintain strong executive level relationships across current and future industry-leading enterprise clients (i.e. Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, High Tech, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Products and Financial Services) and partners, and be a leading industry voice within Digital Marketing.

      What you need to succeed

      • A passion for sales, very strong presentation skills aligned with a strong and successful track record of enterprise solution sales.
      • 10+ years of experience in pure sales with a minimum of 5 years leading a direct sales team.
      • Proven sales discipline with regards to account management, pipeline development, opportunity management, territory management, and reporting.
      • Business level English reading/writing skills required.
      • Established relationship with C-level contacts.
      • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
      • Understanding of customer concerns and resolution measures to apply for best customer experience.
      • Shown success in penetrating new markets and closing new business.
      • Consistent achievement of quota.
      • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

      Sales Expertise:

      • Lead team pipeline and forecast calls on a weekly basis. Meet monthly and quarterly goals for revenue-based quota carrying Mid-market team.
      • Direct day-to-day activities to ensure successful attainment of sales quotas and management objectives.
      • Be responsible for a strong operational process around pipeline and opportunity to drive maximum team efficiency and performance.
      • Provide detailed activity reports, opportunity management, quotes, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management.
      • Experience navigating lengthy and complex sales cycles using a value-based selling methodology
      • Support deal development & qualification, lead generation as well as closure on all deals through active engagement with the customer contacts.
