- Lead a Team of appr. 3-4 ambitions Sales People in Germany and Switzerland.
- Manages resources associated with sales plan achievement.
- in addition act as Account Manager for assigned customers or territory while we grow the business.
- Identify new business and sales opportunities and achieve sales targets for allocated territory and customers
- Build and maintain key relationships across the organisation.
- Presentations, negotiations with key strategic customers and internal stakeholders.
- University degree in Life Science or related subject of study, thorough knowledge of Life Science market.
- Leadership experience in an equivalent role, especially in the area of BioPharma and Life Science industry.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Life Science and BioPharma market.
- Analytical skills in overseeing budget, revenue and operation expenses.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and cultural adaptability to Bio-Rad Core Values and company culture.
- Fluent communication skills in English and German and experience in CRM, analytical MS SW tools.
