Job Description

- Manage and maintain sales data, including S&OP reporting and sales forecasting.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, initiative and projects.
- Identify and recommend tools, technologies and resources to optimize sales operations.
- Conduct and communicate seasonal market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaboration with sales team in seasonal and monthly product forecasting.
- Responsible for B2B Partnership data management.
- Order maintenance, consolidation of contracts and main orders.
- Lead order book management & reporting.
- Communication and monitoring of late inbound and cancellations.
- Work with team on alternatives solutions to fulfil late inbound and cancellations.
- Collaboration with sales team in budget planning activities.
- Responsibility for accuracy of deliveries against customers’ orders.
- Liaise between Sales Director, Key Account Manager & Independent Sales Manager
- Lead clearance opportunities via corporate programs and sales incentives.
- Prep involvement PGA Merchandise Show & seasonal sales kickoffs.
- Collaborate with golf team to ensure sample shipments and allocation.
- Liaise with Marketing and other stakeholders to prepare seasonal line sheets.
- Lead and collaborate on special golf projects.
- Maintain a positive attitude and make a valuable contribution towards maintaining ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant field business administration.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in S&OP planning.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, SPS Commerce and CRM platforms.
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
- Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends.
- Independent and highly organized, able to work with little supervision.
- Ability to make sound decisions independently to obtain desired results.
- Keen attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Service oriented with strong customer interaction skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, domestic and internationally.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.

The Sales Manager - GOLF will play a crucial role in supporting the sale team by optimizing processes, analyzing data and ensuring that our processes and teams are operating optimally & effectively. Will work cross functionally with Sales & Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales, managing orders for the USA and Canada, contracts, deliveries, and inventory. Will provide updates to the Director of Sales, Key Account Manager, Independent Sales Manager and other stakeholders on a frequent and continuous basis.
