      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the federal government market and achieve sales targets
      - Establish strategic outreach and drive brand awareness across civilian agencies
      - Identify and qualify leads within federal government agencies through proactive prospecting and networking
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored value propositions and proposals for government clients
      - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers within federal government agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent education/experience
      - 5-10 years of sales and industry experience with demonstrated ability to sell, close, and negotiate
      - Specific experience selling to the federal government strongly preferred
      - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

      - In-depth understanding of federal government procurement processes and compliance requirements
      - Prior experience with CRM programs such as Salesforce
      - Strong persuasion, client focus, and rapport-building skills
