What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve branch sales goals and revenue targets
- Establish individual sales targets and delegate responsibilities to the Sales team
- Direct Account Executives in generating new accounts and revenue streams
- Oversee the performance of the Sales team and ensure they have the necessary resources
- Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in the healthcare market
- At least one (1) year of sales management experience in the healthcare field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, meeting company standards for driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in dynamic fast-growth organizations, preferably in the home infusion market
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software, with Salesforce experience preferred
