      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
      - Provide coaching and monitor Salesforce activity for continuous improvement
      - Expand agency footprint by engaging new agents and managing relationships
      - Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize performance
      - Coach, mentor, and train sales professionals to achieve excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) insurance designations
      - Minimum of 3 years managing sales processes within the Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance industry
      - Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
      - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
      - Valid Driver's License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to create Salesforce reports and dashboards
      - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
      - Experience influencing agents and large groups to increase territory production
      - Strategic planning and disciplined follow-up skills
      - Willingness to travel as required
