      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants, ensuring ongoing training on sales processes and product offerings
      - Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive sales targets for assigned territory
      - Address escalated customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining high standards of customer service
      - Foster relationships with store partners and train them on product offerings and services
      - Monitor and drive store connectivity to enhance sales performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing a team
      - Completion of a high school diploma or GED
