      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales execution across the Non-Commercial segment, focusing on high-priority markets and strategic customer groups
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging contracts, partnerships, and industry trends
      - Develop and present strategic plans, assessing long-term implications for sales growth, brand positioning, and customer development
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize trade spend and ensure consistent messaging through marketing and culinary initiatives
      - Analyze sales performance and market insights to proactively address challenges and identify new paths to growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree is preferred; in lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience is required
      - Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in the foodservice, CPG, or Non-Commercial sector
      - Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to coach others and influence across multiple departments
      - Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills; able to assess ambiguous situations and make sound decisions
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools

      - Advanced degree or industry certifications
      - Experience in customer knowledge and customer business planning
      - Skills in promotions management, sales negotiation, and data analytics
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
