- Own and drive revenue growth across Engineered Bearings & Industrial Motion Products (bearings, PT, services).
- Lead and grow a high-impact Inside Sales team, covering diverse markets across the U.S. and Canada.
- Align and execute on strategic sales plans to reach and exceed business targets.
- Navigate and resolve channel dynamics among distributors, end-users, and regional OEMs.
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales and executive teams to elevate the customer experience and expand market share.
- Lead sales planning, pricing strategy execution, and customer negotiations at the senior level.
- Integrate new acquisitions into the inside sales model, ensuring seamless transition and customer continuity.
- Define and implement policies to drive team consistency, focus, and success.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial B2B sales, ideally within global markets.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and executing business plans.
- Strong background in developing long-term customer relationships and account strategies.
- Deep knowledge of industrial motion products and applications across varied industries.
- Excellent communication, networking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a STEM-related field.
