What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow a team of high-performing account executives to foster long-term customer relationships
- Continuously improve processes, analysis, and tactics to drive revenue and ARR growth
- Evaluate and maintain behavioral and growth tactics for the sales team
- Strategically plan and implement new sales initiatives and enablement programs to support growth and sales best practices
- Oversee the overall direction and performance of the direct sales (B2B) team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- More than 5 years of sales management experience
- Experience in managing a team of Account Executives
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including revenue sharing models and sell-through
- Knowledge of various sales methodologies (cold calling, value selling, closing, MEDPICC, Challenger)
- Ability to thrive and work quickly in a competitive environment
