- Line Management of the Offsite Sales Team, cascading top level strategy to the team, aligning tactics and initiatives across the team.
- Driving ITW Business Model excellent with the team, leading with toolbox upskilling, and consolidating different working methodologies into a functional, business model approach.
- Ensure collaboration and influence across other internal stakeholders, collating and championing commercial input and contribution to wider cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and enhance value added relationships with senior decision makers and key high-level influencers within super 80 accounts, offering an escalation point for your team and challenging commercial decisions to ensure the best outcomes.
- Blending Coaching and Mentoring with the team, supporting personal development, and aligning effort behind proactive talent and aspirational individuals.
- Employ and impart an aggressive growth mindset, supporting commercial and marketing initiatives from your team to grow above market rate and capture new market share.
- Identifying areas of risk from competition
- Identifying trends and pain points within our target customer base, in both product & service and contributing this insight and support to other ITW teams driving Customer Back innovation.
- Take a leading role promotion both Safety and Inclusion within the team, using ITW initiatives and being an ambassador for the wider business values.
- Strong experience in the ITW Business Model and Toolbox methodology, able to both apply and teach.
- Ideally experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate both in their own team, and cross-functionally.
- Strategical minded, taking initiative with a results driven methodology, showing sound business judgement.
- Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques, able to support development and challenge individuals growth aims objectively and without bias.
- A committed, hardworking and proactive attitude is essential.
- Excellent business sense, commercial acumen and professional skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office programmes
- Self -Motivated and independent
- Solution orientated.
- Line management experience is preferred but not essential if the ITW and people skills are in place.
- Commercial experience or exposure would be preferable.

Job Description
As the Sales Team Manager for the Offsite brands of ITW CP UKI/N, your core responsibility will be leadership and people management of the commercial team. This individual is responsible for transitioning the UK and Nordic divisional growth strategy into local initiatives & operations, driving tactical execution through the sales team, and ensuring continued alignment to revenue, margin and cost annual plan commitments.
With strong influencing ability, project management/communication skills, and strong commercial experience, you will leverage other specialists within the sales team to ensure alignment to the strategic goals, driving the growth outcomes and meeting revenue obligations. This position is responsible for the coaching, mentoring and strategic sales excellent of the team of direct reports, ensuring ITW toolbox learning and implementation, and nurturing talent/personal development.
